Julio Antonio Cuauhtémoc García
Amor: born in Acapulco Gro. Mexico, in October 27, 1955, Law School
at the La Salle University in Mexico City.
He
lived in Paris, France where he attended the Sorbonne in which
he obtained a diploma in French Language and Civilization. He
returned to Mexico City to continue his studies at the University
of Mexico and he studied a specialization in Public Finances and
finished his Doctorate in Law. Later he received an offer to work
in California and he re-validates his credits at the Secretary
of Public Instruction of California in Los Angeles, later he obtains
a Doctorate degree in International Law at the Pacific Western
University.
He
was a Professor of Fiscal Law at the Iberoamericana University
in Mexico. Also he was the Dean of the Faculty of Law at the American
University of Acapulco, in which he also taught Contracts and
Obligations. Today he is a Notary Public in Acapulco.
