The man who owns this duplex owns a little tienda right next door. He hasn't a clue about the 'vacation rental business,' so we're going to help him. With your rental money he can decorate this now spartan but perfectly adequate abode (in fact much nicer than most families with two working professionals live in ) and make it into something truly attractive.

Tariff:

$70 FOR 1-2 PERSON

EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON UP TO SIX $15.00

Occupancy does not include children under 3 who share parents bed and/or sleep in client supplied crib.

Deposit and refund Policy:
A 40% deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance is due
60 days prior to departure. If the balance is not paid by that date, reservation subject to cancellation. Monies refundable only if property is re-rented, minus 10%.
