Review: This trattoria is run by SALVATORE CASSARA who takes the trouble to have ricotta flow in from LEON and his Belgian chocolate from Brussels, makes his own pasta, and brought over an Italian coffee maestro to learn to roast the best coffee beans in Guerrero, and makes his own breads.

So far I've tried the Penne a la Vodka flamme, lasagne (awesome), and canneloni; the delicious sauces had me returning every day. This is probably the only place in Mexico making cannolis with divine coffees for the large selection of desserts like Zuccotto Siciliano, Torta di Formaggion, and tiramisu

Some of owner Salvatore's flavorful dishes exceeded this San Francisco Bay Area/NYC foodie's previous gustatory experiences and it is no wonder there is a steady clientele paying the nominal 60 pesos for an entree
