Deposit Requirements:
50% to guarantee reservation and balance due no less than two
weeks prior to arrival.

From A Bed and Breakfast:
40% deposit
is required. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival date. Deposit
refundable only if property is re-rented. Less 20%

Hotel Casa Cuitlateca:
Your reservation
will be confirmed upon the receipt of one half of the total cost.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. In the
event of a cancellation, refunds will be made only to the extent
that we are able to rebook the room(s) during the time period
that you had reserved. The minimum cancellation fee is $50.00.

fall if your flight is cancelled, Acts of God, sudden sickness,
States of Emergency, you broke up with your girlfriend, family
emergencies...the property owner is out 60% of the deal. You bought
rights to a space. If the producers don't use a story, they don't
get the cost of the "rights" back.
