The Gomez Family is one of the founding members of Zihuatanejo, and this new vacation rental collection of seven new beachfront condominiums are named after the revered Don Andres. The widow Guillermina still resides on this property. You will pass reception, enclosed parking and her open air residence once you enter this walled property and saunter past the pool through another gate to the ocean's edge or up stairs to one of seven new apartments.
There are three two bedroom apartments and four one bedroom apartments . Each floor has one one bedroom and one two bedroom. The two bedroom units have ocean-view from most aspects (in the second bedroom you see the ocean through the living room/dining room) except for the bottom floor unit #2 which has no ocean-view from the living room, only the master bedroom and terrace.The one bedroom apartments have a balcony that provides ocean view, except for the groud floor apartment #1.

couch one would sleep child up to age 10 and perhaps an
additional infant.

really a dogleg) balcony which has another egress into living
room.; second bedroom has two singles. Cement filled
sofa/cushions could sleep person height 5"2."
