Our stay at Casa Leigh was
fabulous. Your location can't be beat and the home itself
is beautifully decorated, comfortably appointed, and very clean.
On a couple of days it was wonderful just to mix up a batch of
Margaritas in the kitchen and sit reading in the living room.

and I have had the pleasure of taking holiday at Casa Leigh on
two separate
occassions and our only complaint is that it wasn't available
for the whole
block of our stays on short notice.
The location is perfect for Zihuatanejo; we can walk to town,
unlike La Ropa,
yet still be away from the crowds. We also took full advantage
of the
beer/soda/snack shop accross the street and the fine breakfast
place down the
hill.
On top of the location, the crown jewel of Casa Leigh, in our
opinion, is the
roof deck. Our fortune was to have the roof deck to ourselves
for the entirety
of both vacations. Shade for me, sun for Carmela, a kitchen to
make fish
tacos, guacomole and chips for lunch, hammock and chaise lounges
for siesta, a
tremendous view, and even a bathroom. We pulled some very long
shifts on the
roof deck.
We love the inside of Casa Leigh, too. With only two of us, it
is more space
than we need with the second bedroom. But we take full advantage
of the
kitchen, living room and master bedroom. Your housekeeper and
facilitator,
Betty is a tremendous asset to you and we hope that you still
have her and
continue to treat her very well.

Deposit and refund policy:
A 40% deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance
is due 60 days prior to departure. If the balance is not paid
by that date,
reservation subject to cancellation. Monies refundable only if
property is re-rented, minus 20%..
