Walled-in compound. Beachfront House on the Southern end of La Ropa Beach. Most rooms have superb views of the La Ropa Beach.

The front yard has a terrace and lawn facing the ocean.

There is no pool

No air conditioning,

(Not needed due to breezes)

Upper House consists of master bedroom with king bed and an opened studio with a double bed where two small children can sleep, and only one bathroom.

Occupancy does not include children under 3 who share parents bed and/or sleep in client supplied crib.

Deposit and refund Policy:

A 40% deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. If the balance is not paid by that date, reservation subject to cancellation. Monies refundable only if property is re-rented, minus 10%.
