How Rosa Elena Alvarado Owner of Los Tucanes ripped me off royally "Rosa La Fraudista"
Please don't
get me wrong. I adore Mexico, and don't regret a thing. But there's
a learning curve when you do business for the first time in your
adult life,
Thanks, guys for the
capitol, sorry you're gone forever...And Mom, thanks forever for
taking us to Mexico
starting 1962...
where people
are poor, you are subject to what my maid has to remind me of almost
daily:
THERE ARE PEOPLE
WHO WANT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!!
It happened
to me lots of time, and I don't usually mind, since the money
goes to good use: somebody's survival.
HOWEVER!!!!
When it GOT OUT OF HAND
Then I got
"molestado"
In Mexico the
crime is called "abuso de confianza."
(confidence
game, a form of fraud)
I have two
great stories over my years in Z. where a fascinating, highly intelligent
woman capitalized -- excuse the double entendre -- HEAVILY on our friendship.
One involves even "LOVE
IN A MEXICAN JAIL" a screenplay that was of course never
sold. My affection for this lady and her children is so deep that
I only think back to those years with musement and amusement. The document, Love in a
Mexican Jail, will someday be published on this site
The second
lady I make no bones about, seeing as how I am in litigation with
her.
The lady's
name in question is ROSA ELENA ALVARADO, BUNGALOWS TUCANES
to call the
governor to get her 25k interest payment forgiven
I then bought
her a car! Which she still drives
Then took her
family on their FIRST EVER vacation, to Valle de Bravo,
and helped
set her up in the internet business. I referred to her innumerable
clients. She built three new units at Casa Tucanes with my money...
She never paid
back a penny.
She continued
to buy another adjacent lot, and THEN BUILD A POOL,
and never paid
me back a penny.
She stole my
properties off the internet without permission from me or the property
owners. Who knew what she told potential clients about said properties,
since no one ever got a booking from Rosa Elena Alvarado of Casa Tucanes?
SHE NEVER EVEN
REFFERRED TO ME A CLIENT!
